The National Council for Vocational Training, an advisory body, was set up by the Government of India in 1956 (the then National Council of Training in Vocational Trades—NCTVT). The Council has been entrusted with the responsibilities of prescribing standards and curricula for craftsmen training, advising the Government of India on the overall policy and programs, conducting All India Trade Tests and awarding National Trade Certificates.

This portal is a one-stop information source for all Institutes and courses under the purview of the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT). The links in the boxes below may be used for currently available features of the portal.

NCVT MIS Portal is open till 30.06.2017 for uploading of Sessional marks, Attendance and Exam fee for AITT under CTS to be held from 18.07.2017       NCVT MIS portal is open till 30.06.2017 for uploading of sessional marks, attendance and exam fee for AITT under CTS to be held from 18.07.2017.       Next semester of CTS (semester system) has commenced from 02.03.2017 onward and next AITT under CTS is proposed to be held from 18.07.2017 onward.       For login ID block & password reset of NCVT MIS Portal, email to ncvthelp@gmail.com       In accordance with letter No. DGT-L-11011/1/2016-TC (Part 8) dated 31.03.2017 the corrections of various trainee data pertaining to 2014, 2015 and 2016 has been completed by States of Delhi, Haryana, Kerala, Punjab, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Chhattisgarh.       It is requested to mention the ITI MIS code in all communications.       Rights for various type of trainee data correction have been assigned to respective SPIU within stipulated timeframe.
